Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in accounting while getting an inside look at how a modern IT company operates? We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to support our accounting department while also helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
In this role, you will gain practical experience with invoicing, internal systems, and financial administration—key components of our company’s daily operations. This position is ideal as a long-term part-time opportunity for students in economics or related fields, or for anyone eager to build a foundation in accounting.

What will you do?
- Providing administrative support to the accounting department
- Reviewing and recording incoming and outgoing invoices
- Entering invoices into the accounting system
- Working with internal systems and documentation (Odoo, M-Files, Intuo)
- Communicating with colleagues regarding invoices and administrative matters
- Welcoming visitors, handling calls and emails
- Supporting office operations and helping organize company activities
What are we looking for?
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a responsible approach to work
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- English at a communicative level

Advantage (not a requirement):
- Previous experience in an administrative or reception role
