M-Files IMPACT Global Conference, 5. – 8. 5. 2025

The event took place in the elegant setting of the Grand Hyatt Athens. It all began with a relaxed welcome evening on the rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking views of the city and the iconic Acropolis. The impressive atmosphere set the tone for a truly inspiring few days.

Over the following two days, the conference offered a packed and insightful program tailored to both M-Files partners and customers. We had the chance to meet new faces as well as reconnect with familiar colleagues from the partner network and M-Files team.
Participants could choose from a rich selection of sessions covering business, technology, and marketing. We gained fresh insights into the latest updates, collected practical tips, and joined discussions about the future of smart automation.

A major highlight was the series of customer panel discussions, where M-Files users shared real-life stories about how the system has helped automate knowledge work within their organizations.
There was also plenty of space for networking and visiting partner booths.

Evenings were filled with unforgettable events at beautiful locations, featuring delicious food, music, dancing, and stunning views.

The final day was dedicated exclusively to M-Files partners. We attended closing sessions and reflected on the main takeaways of the entire conference.

The highlight of the event was the Partner Awards — a special evening where M-Files partners and colleagues came together to celebrate the successes of the past year. Traditional Greek dances added a cultural flair and made the experience even more memorable.

We are proud that Digital Resources received the Customer Success Award! This recognition means a lot to us, and we remain fully committed to ensuring customer satisfaction in everything we do.
A huge thank you goes to our amazing team for their outstanding work and dedication!

And since Athens offers so much more than conference halls, we also made time to explore the historic city center and take short trips to nearby Greek islands — a perfect way to wrap up this incredible experience.

We came back full of inspiration and motivation to continue growing and improving.
