This week, we once again welcomed our guests at our company for the popular ICT Breakfast, this time dedicated to modern HR processes. Participants enjoyed not only good coffee and breakfast but above all, engaging presentations and live demonstrations of smart real-world solutions.

ICT Breakfast: Modern HR Processes: Faster, Clearer, Digital, 16. 9. 2025

The event was opened by CEO Jan Sedláček, who presented the most common challenges faced by HR departments and how to overcome them through process automation – from recruitment and onboarding of new employees to training and secure storage of personnel documents.

Dominika Horošová, Junior Consultant, followed with an introduction to the M-Files system, which covers various HR areas such as recruitment, onboarding, training and certification, and internal guidelines. By setting access rights, you can also ensure that confidential personnel documents remain accessible only to authorized users.

All of this was then demonstrated in practice by Senior Consultant Jakub Kiml.

The M-Files system can be integrated with many other tools, including our CRM system Intuo – Company Intelligence. IT Specialist Matěj Zavadil gave the audience a closer look at Intuo, focusing on HR-related processes.

IT Specialist Martin Batala then showcased the practical use of Intuo, allowing guests to see how it simplifies and automates everyday tasks such as timesheets, employee records, activity tracking, and performance monitoring.

At the end of the event, there was time for a Q&A session and a prize draw. Congratulations to all the winners!
