Receptionist / assistant

We are looking for a colleague to manage our front desk for 2-3 days a week, or according to an agreement, to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Job description:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and direct them to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Help with organization of seminars and team-buildings
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Knowledge and skills you should have:

  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Responsible approach to work
  • Positive and responsive behavior
  • Knowledge of Czech language as a native speaker
  • Knowledge of English at communicative level
  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
