Job description:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and direct them to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Help with organization of seminars and team-buildings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Knowledge and skills you should have:
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Responsible approach to work
- Positive and responsive behavior
- Knowledge of Czech language as a native speaker
- Knowledge of English at communicative level
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
