Report from the ICT Breakfast: How to deal with information chaos?, 23. 4. 2024

Today, we organized the second ICT Breakfast of the year, this time on the topic How to deal with information chaos?, which took place directly on the premises of our company. The topic of the event was how to make the company run more efficiently using Enterprise Systems, which will help you get rid of chaos in documents and information and automate your processes.

Our guests enjoyed a tasty breakfast while our colleagues gave them a presentation and showed them useful systems in practice. Come and see how the event went in our report!

ICT Breakfast: How to deal with information chaos?, 23. 4. 2024, Prague

Jan Sedláček, Chairman of the Board of Digital Resources a.s., gave the opening speech. He presented the guests with challenges that arise in companies as a result of chaos in documents and information, but also solutions for dealing with them effectively and contributing to faster work and process automation.

Daniel Hanek, IT specialist of the M-Files system, continued with the introduction and presented the key benefits that not only M-Files brings to users, but also their cloud version DMS-IN.CLOUD. He explained to the participants in which situations these solutions are appropriate.

Vít Jevčák, IT consultant, showed the participants a live demonstration of M-Files in practice and for the first time introduced M-Files Aino – artificial intelligence built directly into the system. In addition to the existing functions of M-Files Aino, he also outlined its planned future expansion.

Matyáš Vacek, IT specialist, focused on the integration of M-Files with other systems. In addition to possible interconnection with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, he demonstrated M-Files Hubshare, thanks to which users can share documents in a secure digital workspace with external users. He also gave a live demonstration of how easy it is to use M-Files on a mobile device.

Last but not least, we also showed the guests the CRM system Intuo – Company Intelligence, which was taken care of by Matěj Zavadil, IT specialist. With the help of a live demonstration, he outlined how processes can be easily automated (not only) in the field of business and presented the advantages that automation brings.

At the very end of the event, there was a discussion and a raffle for participants who had the chance to win a gift bag with valuable presents from us. Congratulations to all the winners!
