Roadshow Slovakia – 2. part: International seminar Košice, 23 May 2019

The continuation of our roadshow in Slovakia was an international seminar entitled “How to eliminate information chaos?”, which was organized at the Technical University of Košice. Guests from Deloitte Central Europe company, Kata Koczan and Alpár Nemes, participated in the seminar. Seminar: HOW TO ELIMINATE INFORMATION CHAOS?, 23 May 2019, Košice

On Thursday, May 23, we organized the largest event of this half a year – an international seminar in Kosice, Slovakia.

We would like to thank UVP Technicom, namely Associate Professor Jakab, who provided us with the modern premises of the Technical University. František Jakab also opened the event with his introductory speech about the functioning of the university and the University Science Park Technicom.

Honorary Consul of the Republic of Finland, Rastislav Puchala, informed the quests about the Slovak-Finnish cooperation. He also introduced our company as Gold Partner of Finnish M-Files. This year in Dublin, we have joined the TOP 5 Best Partners (out of a total of 400) worldwide as part of the Global Partner of the Year award.

The opening words were followed by Jan Sedláček, Chairman of the Board of Digital Resources a.s., who focused on intelligent information management, the difference between traditional (outdated) and modern ECM systems and innovation in relation to our team. He pointed out the problem of complicated searching for needed files and documents in companies.

 

 

Kristýna Dryáková, Marketing Manager at Digital Resources a.s., focused on eliminating information chaos, which is currently bothering a large number of companies, using an example of contract management, and then introduced M-Files mobile application.

 

David Páter, M-Files Division Manager, Digital Resources a.s. showed a live demonstration of ECM / DMS M-Files, its user-friendly environment, workflow and easy administration. He also introduced the revolutionary Intelligent Metadata Layer.

In the next part of the seminar Michal Helcman, Head of Sales & Projects from our partner company Swiss Post Solutions, s.r.o. spoke about digitization, administration and document extraction.

 

 

The highlight of our program was our guest from Deloitte Central Europe, Kata Koczan, Senior Manager, Head of IT PMO. She presented a case study of M-Files deployment at Deloitte Central Europe and shared their experiences with guests. Alpár Nemes, Chief Information Officer, also briefly joined the program.

 

 

At the end of the event, there was a discussion between the speakers and the seminar participants who could ask any questions. 6 participants received valuable prizes at the end:

After the seminar, there was a free discussion and a rich buffet.

 

In the afternoon, the entire team, together with the winners of the morning seminar, went for two ice-hockey matches – quarterfinals in the Hockey World Championship: Canada – Switzerland and Finland – Sweden.
