On Tuesday, February 27, our team took part in the CIO Agenda 2024 conference in Prague’s O2 universum. Event subtitled Are you ready for the cyber threats of tomorrow? focused mainly on news in the field of cyber security and artificial intelligence. The participants were also familiarized with current threats and protection tools as part of many lectures.
We focused on these tools in our lecture on Corporate information and documents in (in)security, which introduced participants to M-Files — a system for secure document management and process management in the field of ISMS (Information Security Management System). We’ve showed key data security features and tools to easily prevent internal information from falling into the wrong hands. The audience was thus introduced to the important functions of M-Files, such as assigning access to authorized persons, reporting security incidents or creating and familiarizing themselves with internal guidelines with an emphasis on compliance with the ISO/IEC 27001/27002 standard. All this was supplemented by a live demonstration, with which we showed the participants M-Files user interface in practice.

We had our own stand at the conference, where we were available to you all day for any questions, and everyone could also take away a bag full of little gifts from us. Thanks to everyone we were able to meet in person!
In the second lecture block, it was our turn to give our lecture, which was given by Jan Sedláček, Chairman of the Board of Digital Resources, and Jakub Kiml, senior consultant of M-Files.
The atmosphere of the entire conference was in a pleasant mood, including excellent refreshments for all participants.
